Shipping

I cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to USPS issues. I process orders within 3 days, but delivery times may vary.

Domestic Orders: If your item shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office.

For "return to sender" packages due to wrong addresses or undeliverable items, the customer must pay for reshipment. Shipping labels are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.

Standard US Shipping: Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

If a package is lost, it's your responsibility to contact the post office. You must file a report for lost or stolen packages before reaching out to us and provide proof, keeping your name visible. Replacement for lost packages is handled case by case.

Gypsy Caravan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. If you provide the wrong address while placing an order, please contact me as soon as possible. If it is shipped with the wrong address, we are not liable for replacements. It’s your responsibility to give the correct shipping and billing address.

 

Refund + Exchange Policy

Exchanges accepted within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom orders and Design Services are not eligible for refunds. If you have any discrepancies with your order, please reach out via e-mail to leilani@gypsycaravandesign.com within 7 days of receiving and I will do my best to resolve.
